I can’t do all nighters either and I’m 21!! I’ve never had to do one in school~ I can survive with little sleep if need be but I’ll only be good for a day then I need to catch up on sleep debt.

Me too. 1 all nightrr screws up my sleep cycle for at least a week. And I am also always getting sick too, and keepig up with normal day to day practices can really make me feel exhausted before the end of the day. Wishing you feel better always Nicola. And I find it’s okay to avoid social gatherings without guilt. Health and well being should be priority #1.
