Cheese has no lactose. Lactose is “milk sugar” that is consumed by the enzyme that turns milk into cheese. The same is true of yogurt or fermented milk. Anyone who says they can’t eat cheese because they are lactose intolerant doesn’t understand the problem, and probably watches too much TV.

Actually the “Africans are Lactose Intolerant” fact is wrong (I am African and did not get the memo). Lots of countries drink milk. Burkina Faso (for example) has dairy farms. All former British colonies have milk with their tea.
The human stomach is not meant to take milk you have to”train” your tummy to produce the factors that breaks milk down.
