If i do that, I always nuke it too much so that it is either soggy and limp or so dry and hard you could build a house with it! haha.

its good if you wont eat the whole loaf of bread quickly – if it will go mouldy or stale before you finish it, you can freeze it and just break slices of bread as you need them. It doesn’t taste as good as fresh, but it saves wastage! 🙂

When I hand make and dry noodles, I usually freeze what I am not cooking that night. I do the same when I make pirogi, because when you make stuff like that, it makes so much. Way more than enough for three to eat, so I freeze, so it’s there for another meal!
