Ahhhh the pain of a big butt. My boyfriend takes great pleasure in commenting on the size of my behind on a regular basis… Have to start accepting that it’s a compliment and be a little more Beyoncé about it hahah big bums are the in thing now ;). Yeah. I have self/ body conscious issues too. (>u.u<) I also don't have a flat rear and thick thighs. I really wish they were smaller. I've tried working out but they're tough target areas to slim down. your words are encouraging and sweet. but it takes our own slef-acceptance to break those ill body image focused thoughts .

I can definitely relate to this. It took me back a bit when I started hearing comments about my butt from friends or others I don’t know XD I never really thought about it much but now I just take it as a compliment or joke about it.

African Americans are know for having big to extremely large butts, but for me that trait passed me by like a runaway train. I am teased by my family members all the time that I can’t possibly be part of the James family with such a small behind. But I make up for it with large breasts. So I’ve come to terms that we were given certain things for a reason and must be happy with that.
