Just in case it’s not, I’m going to say its seungri.. Yes, the popular answer, but he plays the role of maknae so well. Read his twitter & you will see… GD asking him why he is tweeting him when he is sitting right next to him! That stuff is hilarious though. I bet you he DOES flirt with all the flight attendants, take pictures of the members sleeping, wake them up when he is experiencing jetlag to go & hang out.. I read a fan account of a girl who met him in Las Vegas & it was so funny. GD is always shaking his head & looking embarrassed, the pictures from the airport where GD had a cane & seungri was “helping him walk”, that was classic!

Definitely T.O.P as being the most annoying–well, not really annoying in a “leave me alone” sort of way, but in a more amusing/funny/dorky/weird way. The reason why is mainly because, I think he may have mentioned this in an interview, he tries to release the stress and tension not just for himself but the others as well. There was this one gif set during the Alive Tour [went to get the link: http://choi-top-hyung.tumblr.com/post/46751516312/fave-of-play-with-gd-top-moments-no-24 ] where he’s dancing around while the other members just stare at him in amazement at his silliness. Also, I remember seeing gifs of him with 2ne1–him taking Minzy’s game, coming in the room and leaving saying their famous “We’re 2ne1!” He may be the oldest, but he definitely acts like a kid.

I think it’s Seung Ri. The members say it themselves that when he goes on variety talk shows to watch out what he says because it could harm them or people could misinterpret things he says. Also he likes to embarrass his hyungs.

Taeyang says “Say things that are true; you make stuff up” and GD says “We’re a team so don’t say anything stupid” and “Everything about you is worrisome”

When BB was on a specific variety show, Seung Ri wrapped his legs around top’s stomach and did this dance thing. Top was so embarrassed he had to cover his eyes.
There’s also his scandal. Despite it being something that people don’t like to bring up it shows how Seung Ri was careless. That annoyed Taeyang because it’s like “you should have known better” but overall he was forgiven quickly because they all know what it’s like to make mistakes. There’s also his lack of saying hyung; when Seung Ri called TOP and said “hyung!” TOP thought Seung Ri was drunk because TOP thought he must be drunk if he’s calling me hyung.

That’s Seung Ri’s personality. He purposely does things like fanservice and combines fanservice as a method to embarrass his hyungs and have fun doing it. xD Also when he talks people who don’t know him might misunderstood what he says.
He even made GD do the Gwiyomi thing during a concert.
