I asked my husband what if he found out that we had different mums but the same dad, would he still love me in the same way? He tried to argue his way out of it with the ‘but I’m 100% Asian and you’re 100% white!’ before responding that we’d have to move to another country where it is ‘accepted’! :-p

Treat it like a 2-year holiday, then 😉 But seriously, I’m sure that things will just happen naturally and you don’t have to fear the moment you realize “oh my… I actually LIVE here; it’s not holiday” 😉 There’s a famous quotation: “A ship in harbour is safe – but that is not what ships are built for” 🙂 Changes must happen and I really believe you’ll take the best of your Korean “adventure” and not concentrare on what you miss but rather on what you are gaining 🙂
