I&#039;ve read that, too, that the organisms of Asians do not tolerate lactose; in Europe, in turn, about 7-8 thousands of years ago a genetic mutation enabling the digestion of lactose appeared and that&#039;s why consuming milk is much more common in Europe than in Asia. Cheese and yoghut are fermented products so they are obviously easier to digest and do not cause so much intolerance as &quot;raw&quot; milk :)]]></description>
