I get centipedes back home in Antigua a lot and I HATE them. Sometimes they crawl in my bed and bite me when I sleep, other times they fall on my right leg. It’s awful.

In reply to Nic (MyKoreanHusband). yeah I use a fly swatter but it's true I've missed my share of centipedes because of weird angles and such and then I am constantly on the look out for it wandering back out of some random crack or crevice! *shudder*

Oh gosh how I relate!!! I live in a basement apartment in Canada and we have a centipede issue. When I first moved in I would be so freaked out, now when I see them I turn into the Hulk with a fly swatter (because they’re so freakishly fast) and “hulk smash” those suckers. Spiders are now cute to me compared to centipedes! 😛

Are these poisonous? The ones in my island (Puerto Rico) are huge, red and poisonous. Sooooo scary!

Ugh I understand how Mr. Gwon feels! I always have someone else deal with insects and spiders. They creep me out. Frogs are okay but there is one that insists on sitting by the front door or even on the door knob and I don’t know how to handle that :/

So you’re pretty awesome Nicola for handling all the creepy crawlies ^^ haha

Haha. Nicola I am the same way you were when you lived in Australia. I just feel bad for killing them. But this past year I lived in a house that was just creepy crawly central. So my patience also waivered. *sigh.
