It’s not cheap so much as being frugal. All asians are hyper frugal! But I get your point as my mom thinks my dad’s a super cheapskate (my mums caucasian and dad’s Korean)

Haha, that is funny and like something I’d do. Not that $10 is much any hoo. That is annoying about the card limits and all. I know why they do it due to the fees… but the fees really aren’t that bad… Oh well.
