Actually, I never managed to get used to Marmite (the original from UK ;-)), so I understand it can be pretty hard to acquire the taste for it. It is the kind of food you grow up with, so it’s mostly popular with the British and Australians.

For me, the best combo is vegemite and the trash can. Can’t stand the stuff. Now, a nice roasted slice of sun-dried tomato with fresh basil and cheese, THAT is something to sing about.
