Oh my goodness. Gourmet cheese, how I miss thee. I'd give my left foot to have a decent cheese platter right about now.

I totally know what you mean about the kimchi smell. Usually it doesn't bother me, but sometimes when the kimchi starts to go sour (not bad, just sour; it's good for making soups and stews with) it starts to reaaaaally reek. In fact, it can even start to smell a bit like cheese itself. Pee-yew!

Thank you for helping :)
I tried what you suggested but still didn't work. I'm starting to think it's the tablet glitching. It is kinda old now and out of warranty, so I'm thinking I need a new one.

The reason why koreans have kimchi fridges is that if u put kimchi in regular fridge, it speeds up the fermentation which makes it go sour way faster. People want to enjoy the kimchi without it going over-fermented so kimchi fridge was designed to control the process of fermentation (by delaying the process). Idk exactly how it does that but that's y those r made. Did it help?? hehe :D

I wonder if Koreans read this and realize how it's for others! There are many such things Korean should consider while being with foreigners even if it's just a small gathering or something! > <
