ohh that’s interesting! My hostmom who’s from malaysia/singapore used to use the word chop chop, I thought it was a singaporean thing! Never thought it’s actually part of Australian English lol.

Hey, that’s pretty cool! Languages really are fascinating! I once read this thing about the Nordic countries and how some of their languages are closer to the older forms of another Nordic countries’ language.

We used Chop Chop all the time growing up, but I’ve been studying Korean for the past year so now my niece and I say 빨리 빨리!
