On that same note - I love learning about idioms in other languages. I feel like they can really relate a lot about the culture. And idioms are usually the most difficult to grasp for language learners. I remember I asked my boyfriend is there was anything similar to 'taking a walk in someone else's shoes' in Vietnamese. He though about it and said that it would just confuse them, because it would just sound like you were stealing someone's shoes, rather than trying to understand someone else's point of view. ^^ Keke.

Yeah, we have the poo saying, but it's usually said to someone, about someone else 'Oh what's-her-name walks around like her shit don't stink.' Not a saying I particularly use often, but it exists. =P Although I do sing that Outkast song 'Roses' a lot for some reason(Iiiii know you like to thank yo' shit don't stank, but lean a lil bit closer see that roses really smell like woo, whew whew...) hehe.

Another similar expression that I don't think is used as often anymore is - when someone is telling you all these great things that they did, or something like that, you respond really sarcastically with "That's great... do you want a cookie?" Hahah, totally rude. Like you're wondering if they're bragging to you in order to earn some kind of reward, but in the most obnoxious way you could ask. =P
