There are very few things that is more attractive to me than a woman who knows how to make amazing ddokbokki, doubly impressive if she’s not Korean. I’m going to assume that you know how to make a mean ddokboki, Nic. I hope your hubby appreciates what he’s got…even if you don’t know how to cook it the fact that you enjoy Korean food should make his heart melt a little inside. It’s all very flattering to have someone different have such appreciation for your culture. Total acceptance… I’m sure he’s told you that many times. 🙂

I want to try the cheese thing… it looks so yummy! can I suggest something that isnt Australian or Korean? How about trying to make chicken flautas and mexican rice? It’s really simple and really yummy. although i dont know… do they have corn tortillas in Australia? they should right?

Yay Tteokbokki! Awesome video~ I’m definitely going to have to try this one again. Last time we followed the online recipes which didn’t have all of the extra things. I really want to try the cheese version too. Yumm! it looks so good.
