					<description><![CDATA[I find it really interesting and beneficial to look at this using Hofstede&#039;s model of cultural dimensions. Australia has the second highest score in Individualism (second to the US) and it really does show. It&#039;s used a lot in management theories, and I definitely saw it play out a lot in my Hagwon experiences. (if you google it you will find more info^^)]]></description>

My boyfriends mother is Japanese and de to her life in Japan she is not open for foreigners like me. She is watching me all the time and she is  desperately surching for a mistake. I hope she will accept me soon. It is not like that I am impolite for a german girl I am much more than polite. But it is still not enough for her expectations.]]></description>
