I also want to thank you for documenting your journey to a more fit body. You really inspired me to start this journey as well – we’re about the same age. i, myself, am not ‘fat’ not even chubby. i have a normal weight, but have overweight direct relatives, and gain weight at amazing speed [7kg in 3 weeks]. if i don’t start doing something about it, it will be too late.
i hope that with your inspiration i will gain control over my body and feel healthier and better.
