Dermatology is dermatology no matter where it is. But skin care is very different and exfoliation a renewal of the Korean life-force. It is one reason they have such nice skin.

I think injections are an easy way to pad out a bill?
It’s like when I was in Japan, no matter what you came into the clinic for, they wanted to give you an IV drip of fluids. Coming in with heat stroke, getting an IV makes sense. Coming in with a twisted ankle, an IV makes less sense I think…
