My entire life, I have struggled with my weight, too and the social stigma in America around being over weight is more difficult to face than being unhealthy. This is probably especially true in Korea as Korean society seems to put far more strain on being thin and having clear skin. Since you have been living more healthy, I have noticed how your complection has become much better.
