Yes it’s very good that you can practice your Korean on him and he can practice English with you. I think it’s nice if we can speak different languages. I have a friend, told him I am going to learn Chinese and Korean…he says “what you need to do that for? If you go there to visit there is bound to be someone that speaks English?” Pointed out to him that it isn’t always the case and besides it’s more polite I think to at least try to speak their language? I used to be good at languages at school, so hoping my older brain can still do this!
