I hope my visa process will be relatively smooth too! Although not quite that easy as we will be getting married in Korea so I will not have a lot of time to get certificates and such compiled before I need the visa. Good luck to the move! I'll be near Seoul in the summer (and for the indefinite future after that) so if you have a meet up there I will be excited!

How nice! That sounds so much easier than the immigration systems of all the countries I'm familiar with (US, UK, Australia). I am glad it was no big deal. Do you just extend it once a year indefinitely? Or do they make it longer at some point, for instance if you wanted to be there for 10 years, would you have to do it yearly?

I can imagine what it's like for Hugh to hear such things; I guess it must make him really proud and happy when he sees how fast Nichola adapts to Korean culture ^^
