Even in recent winters, it is cold for maybe 1 or 2 days (usually just above freezing level) then it goes back to being hot for a couple weeks, then repeat. So when people come here, they expect it to be hot, even in the winter. They don’t bring very warm clothes or anything like that, and they don’t bother to check the weather to see if it will be cold that day. Then they only have maybe a really thin jacket when it is nearly freezing outside, and they suffer xD They can still tolerate the cold better than me but yeah.
