Perhaps it was because I saw the amount of oil the lady put into the pan when she was preparing it for us, but I’m sure I will try everything for real in Korean… Hehe! ^^

Oh, I loooove 순대 although I’m pretty sure there’s no oil in it… Here in korea you can get it with slices of liver on the side. It’s soooo good and one of the few things I’ve ever tried and was actually super surprised by how much I liked it (especially considering what’s in it!).

In the Hmong community, we mostly eat these around new years, but I know Korea has plenty of restaurants for these delicacies. I’ll have to give it a try when I go there… Oh, and my boyfriend said in middle school he lost interest in a crush because he spotted her eating chicken feet. Hahaha. I have yet to eat these in front of him ^-^
