Watching my students go back to Korea and start to work normal Korean jobs has been nearly heartbreaking. 12-hour days with no overtime pay are pretty much standard. It is no doubt part of what enabled Korea to go from poor developing country to major developed country in mere decades, but man does it seem rough.]]></description>
