Haha! It reminded me of the time I stepped in front of some doors about to pull one open when they suddenly opened automatically. I wasn’t expecting them to so I had this amazed look on my face as they opened. Then I noticed a kid looking at me as if saying “what a weirdo”…

We used to do the same thing with red lights, making them turn green. But then it’s only your own family and they already know you’re crazy. I will have to try this the next time I go to a work conference, help me embarrass my co-workers.

This sorta happens to me often since I always explain going up and down, coming up and down to Alice, and opening and closing. Sometimes I speak flamboyantly to try and drum up her enthusiasm.. generally those are the times when the arriving lift will be full of Koreans who wonder why the hell I am yelling and singing to my daughter in Korean. So glad when they all get out and I don’t have to ride with them.. so Alice and I boardthe lift and the yelling and singing continues 😉
