He was a lot different to your Manner Man though. Darker. The Politeness Man version of your comic would have had the transgressor removing her shoes and thanking Politeness Man for his correction as she stood with both feet bleeding from the shards of glass. Also she would have been a hemophiliac so would have ended up dying. And that’s mild by Politeness Man standards. I much prefer your Manner Man.

actually i’m kind of like that… I can’t stand when some of friends lie on my bed because like…just imagine we came from sitting on the subway and bus…now you’re going to lie on my bed. It just seems unclean to me. I was raised this way so yeah…My bedroom is kept very clean..
