In reply to mrgwon. The town/cities/villages up in the mountains are usually very cool. Baguio and Banaue are the most coolest places I've been.

In reply to deshi. That's true, but I think because weather wise it's similar to what Korea gets in Spring/Autumn, many of them go up there. And because there was a heavy American presence up in the North, the people from Benguet/Baguio and the Mountain Province were exposed to English moreso than in the South, so they speak English a lot better.

Oh cool 😀 I’ve always wanted to go to the Visayas (My family and I are from Baguio – it’s in the North, and there are now LOTS of Koreans up there learning English too)
