yes unnie, we have that here in the Philippines.. especially when you’re acting like you’re disabled and can’t walk properly or you’re making weird face like a stroke person, oldies will say “go, you do that, when the wind blew upon your face you’ll be like that forever..”

Lines = emotions n expressions…no lines = not a happy life….i have expression lines at 25 i smile and laugh a lot…and still get told i look 17 but when i talk people guess in over 30 lol

When I was young, my father used to say ‘your face will stay the same forever if you make an ugly face at midnight!’. I really believed it and I was so scared XD If I was still awake at midnight I tried to relax my face and keep it as natural as possible…

Hmm not really but old people always say If you turn up your eyelids, the wind is responsible of you stay with your eyelids up and ugly for the rest of your life.

kids here play with their eyelids all the time even I played with them as a lil girl.. but after my granny said that to me, I stopped to play like that I didnt want to be a ugly girl haha

cute game, indeed, but not going to work with Koreans it seems 🙁

but the saying is true: if you look at people who move their foreheads a lot when talking you’ll see some lines on there when their face is relaxed. im not sure about Koreans or Asians, but us white people….. sure have it hard in this aspect. any line on the face will add a few years to the person’s real age 🙁
