In reply to LittleNax. He can but not well, even though he was in the navy. It's quite odd to Australians how many Koreans can't swim. I don't know any Australians who can't swim but I know a lot of Koreans who can't. My husband is a lot more comfortable in the water than he used to be.

You should pay the fine, but do it with such grace that they will all feel bad for insisting you pay. 🙂
