I think you might want to look into a bread maker. According to my friend, it isn’t that hard to make bread with the proper equipment, and you can make it to your own taste. although I don’t know how available the ingredients are in rural Korea, things like flour are a lot easier to store over a long time.
Also, have you tried ordering bread online?
