ahh! Yoon Mi Rae! I love her! she lives in the same city as me ( Uijeongbu) but unfortunately I have yet to see her anywhere :/

It is such a harsh industry 🙁 but gotta give it a try I guess and gotta do what you love. Your bf is talented too, so I really hope he gets successful, same as I hope my brother can make a good living from it too. It would be great for him to be in a successful band but I think he also may have plans for doing session drumming if he is good enough.

besides from normal drumming, he does bucket drumming as a street performance.

He has been in different bands and would like eventually to be in a band serious about it as a career, but has to finish his course first though. he speaks japanese fluently and will probably move on to korean sometime (will learn faster than me I bet!)

Wow he must be really good! My boyfriend started as a drummer and had a Greenday cover band when he was 11 😛 But definitely he will need a drummer once he’s out! Let’s see how things go and let’s stay in touch! Japan is for sure an eldorado for music in Asia! However Korea needs to open up more to the indie scene…

If he ever needs a drummer- my brother is an amazing dummer who is currently studying at the Tokyo School of Music ^_^
