oh goodness. My husband doesn’t need any techniques. He’s got genes. His grandmother, mother and him all fall asleep the second their ear touches the pillow. His mom told me a story that her dad used to pinch her mom’s ear at bed time so she couldn’t fall asleep as fast, but as soon as he let go, she was out like a light. I’m jealous of that gene. I’m a lot like you, I’m usually a light sleeper and it takes me nearly an hour to fall asleep *sigh*

It takes me forever to fall asleep as well – bladder must be empty and even then I end up dreaming random crap for a hour or so 🙂
I might try the cat thing though…

It’s both 🙂

It can be spelt either way because the ㄱ sound in Korean can be translated as G or K. For example, G-dragon spells Kwon with a K, but it’s still the same family name as ours.

lol does he purr when he sleeps? I read the article on Korea.net. It was lovely. One question, is the last name Kwon or Gwon? If it is Kwon, I am sorry for getting it wrong all this time. :/

It’s hysterically funny to me that pretending to be a cat actually helps him fall asleep ^^ Where does one get the idea to try this method? Kekeke. I’m jealous though – I’m a good sleeper once I’m out, but it takes me sooooo long to fall asleep every night. And it’s almost impossible for me to sleep anywhere that’s not a bed. Car trip? Red-eye flight? No sleep for me… T_T hehe.
