You know…. it might be something to do with how the bedding is different. Like…. in western countries we tend to have sheets tucked in right? Often heavy covers..We are all tucked in and there isn’t as much room for movement. But Korean bedding tends to just be a cover that they can easily toss off… perhaps that’s why they are used to sleeping in these types of positions.

That just looks very familiar! My wife sometimes sleeps the same way: legs crossed and sometimes even her hands behind her head at the same time. Is this something Korean then, I wonder?

i tend to sleep face down with my knees bend and the lower part of my legs moving freely in the air 😛 My husband says my feet have a personality of their own. they wake up when I feel asleep
