It’s hard to see the stars from my house, and I haven’t really been to an area that has a great view of them. Kind of sad, especially considering that the career I want to go into deals with outer space and all.

Omg I’m really loving your blog! Spot on. I can relate to so many of your experiences and I love your comics. I’m from Hong Kong originally it’s a real crazy place and no stars to be seen at night but heaps of city light pollution(and that’s already the least concern of all pollutions)

There are little to no stars where i live 🙁 Its so sad. I live in Las Vegas.

When I go to my University I can hardly see stars, but when I go home to visit my family there are everywhere. I can see Ryan’s Belt, Big/ Little Dipper. Sometimes it’s fun to figure out the astrological signs in the sky although it can be quite hard. Sometimes I don’t see why things look a certain way.

When I’m at home in the country, I can see the stars… but sometimes it seems there are more than others 😀 I remember the first time I came home after being at uni for a while, I looked up and was taken aback by the numbers, lol

A few if it’s not cloudy, maybe 6. It’s cloudy an awful lot here in the south of England though. Maybe being by the sea and being a smaller city, there are still a few though.

With the light pollution in HK, I dun really have that many chances to see the stars~ except once when I was in the outward bound program and we were “exciled” to an island, and another time we had a junk trip at nite when we can enjoy the waves and count the stars~

I find your husband’s love of Les Mis very endearing. Hehe. Stars truly are inspirational. We don’t really get to see the stars here in England because of light pollution or clouds. Lots and lots of clouds! However there are a few dark sky reserves where you might be able to see them. I hope to travel to one soon though I’m not sure how the experience would compare to night skies in other countries.
