In this Seoul Life video Hugh talks about his experience on Korean TV. Filming always takes longer than you think it will! We also say goodbye to our friends Diana and Gisela from Double Trouble en Corea and show a few clips from our live in Seoul recently.

We’ve had a lot of stuff on lately and haven’t been able to do a ‘Seoul Life’ video but here is a new one finally! As you can see we’ve been busy being 니콜라 이모 and 휴삼촌 (Aunt Nichola and Uncle Hugh).

In this video we get hanboks at a special event, we see friends and first snow of the season! Hugh had a lot more to say about the Dokkaebi drama but the camera battery ran out and we had to start that bit again and then he forgot to say what he wanted to. But we’ll talk about it again later!

It was very exciting for YouTubers to get proper hanboks (traditional Korean clothes) like this and to be acknowledged for promoting Korea to an international audience. Hugh was been quite passionate about having a good YouTube community in Korea and has been doing a lot of behind the scenes work to get stuff happening.

In this Seoul Life video we get a delivery of Kimchi, we go back to the countryside for Chuseok, see Andra Day in concert and catch up with a friend who is having a break from Military service!

Han and Sophie and Alice, who have previously been in our videos, have moved back to Korea! They are living not too far from us and it’s wonderful to have them in Korea. In this video I have some little clips from hanging out with them (though Sophie is off camera here) and also we visited Google Campus in Seoul. We also had some meetings and radio interviews and some last minute packing for heading back to the countryside for Chuseok.
