There was one time at camp…yes it will be one of THOSE stories…where I stayed in a tent/cabin -we were on a wooden platform that had loose tent-coverings as the walls and ceiling. Anyways, one night, I was so cold (being in the mountains) that I went to sleep without putting my stuff away. I woke up in the middle of the night to find a squirrel nibbling on my toothpaste 3 feet from me. It scared the crap out of me because I didn’t know what to do. I was afraid if I tried to shoo it that it would attack me- so I went back to sleep. When I woke up, my toothpaste was gone! haha

In reply to Cassie (Yeobomg). Not a squirrel issue but we had birds eat all our loquats before we could eat them. The fruit harvest is like 1 week per year and I was very very sad because they are delicious and I wanted to eat them :( The harvest should be coming up here soon agian, I'll have to watch for it and try to get to them before the birds do this time :|

haha good story 😀 But nothing is gonna surprise me more than a friend of mine who grows potatoes and cherries on his mother’s grave… because he says they blossom so nicely 😛 But then he will even pick and eat some of them! Can you imagine?? xD Anything more quirky than that?!?!?

Squirrels have no shame. Little buggers stole all the peaches off my peach tree right in front of my face, ripped the tassels off my corn, and now they’re grave digging in your family’s holy burial mounds! DISRESPECT. Dishonor on all the squirrel families!
