If you are curious about self-raising flour, it is all-purpose flour in the US (in South Africa it’s also called self-raising flour as well). Self-raising flour just has salt and baking powder added to the flour so you don’t have to add extra to the recipe. If you ever wanted someone to change the ingredients to US measurements for your US readers…I would be more than happy to. I have gotten used to converting so many of my recipes since living in the US. And now I just really want to make some cookies ^^

I’m gonna try this soon! Been wanting to learn to make cookies from scratch. Can you make anzac biscuits too? Would love to try that too.
