I recommend “그러든 말든” for “whatever.”
I think “그래, 그렇다고 치자” (commented by Alyssa Donovan) also makes sense, but it can sound like finishing a quarrel, like “I don’t want to talk about this topic anymore, it’s enough.”

상관없어(don’t care) or 아무거나(whatever) or 너 맘대로(너 좋을대로)(as you wish)..I’d use these expression depending on context 🙂
