					<description><![CDATA[I love kimchi. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I have only had my own homemade baechu kimchi. Since we don&#039;t have Asian markets locally, I had to improvise with some ingredients like red pepper flakes, sweet rice flour, skip seafood and so on and so forth. I added a Chinese pear once and it turned out really good, with fruity notes and very slight sweetness. And it should be very fermented :)]]></description>
