In reply to Nic (MyKoreanHusband). I think Catholicism looks a lot like Christianity in certain countries like the U.S. but it's very very different in other countries. My brother-in-law lives in Mexico. He says that Catholics there are into idol worship and a lot of superstition. He has even been chased out of certain towns by angry Catholic priests because he is a Christian missionary.

In reply to katiehannah. Apparently when Christianity first came to Korea, Koreans thought Catholicism was a different religion because difference terms were used. However for this videos we are putting it under the term of Christian. I think Sophie was Buddhist before she met Han.

Interesting question. When you say Christian, are you differentiating between Catholics and Christians or lumping them together since Christianity is technically the umbrella term? Also, since Sophie is a Buddhist, did she convert and how is that considered because I know some non-practicing male Jews but their wives convert.

Haha Hugh with pink ajuma hat was very funny ^^, the landscapes are so amazing I can’t get enough of your Vlogs ! I have a Korean friend who lives in Busan’s countryside who told me it’s nearly impossible for foreigners to get to settle and live as farmers in Korea, it it true ? I’m seriously planning on doing this in a few years and I would love to do it in Korea…. Oh and so nice to see Han again 🙂
